     deliberately created or indoctrinated.

 

Expected results:

 Insights, restructuring of personal reality.

Instructions:

 List five things you believe about yourself.

 List five things you believe about relationships.

 List five things you believe about money.

 

After each belief note whether you experience the belief:

As helpful (H) or impeding (I).


Also note whether the belief is a belief that you created:

Deliberately (D)

Or was the result of indoctrination (IND).
